No, our apartments do not include a washer/dryer.

What hours are they gym open?
Our residents are able to access our gym/yoga room/basketball court 24 hours a day!
Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! Our pet rent is $40/month per pet.
1st pet: $300 deposit + $200 non-refundable fee.
2nd pet: $300 deposit + $500 non-refundable fee.
1st pet: $300 deposit + $200 non-refundable fee.
2nd pet: $300 deposit + $500 non-refundable fee.
What monthly fees do residents pay?
All residents pay $54/month for:
- Covered Parking (Unassigned)
- Pest Control (Weekly appointments available)
- Property Tax
- RLL (Renter's Insurance Liability Waiver if none is provided)**

What utilities do residents pay?
Resident's pay for all utilities. Water/Sewer/Trash/C.A.M will be billed with rent.
Electricity will be set up directly with Rocky Mountain Power. No gas is applicable.

What internet options are provided?
We do not provide any internet options. All apartments are wired for Google Fiber.
